Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs refunds and subscription cancellations for the EvoLane service. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), the official Merchant of Record for all purchases on https://evolane.org. Refunds are issued by Paddle in accordance with this Policy.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If you are dissatisfied with the service for any reason, contact us within this window and we will issue a full refund of your payment.

Guarantee conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days from the date of the first charge.
  • The guarantee applies to the first subscription payment only; subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable.
  • The guarantee does not apply in cases of service abuse or violation of the Terms of Service.

2. 7-Day Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. During this period you may use the service with no charge.

  • No payment details are required to start the trial.

  • If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made.

  • After 7 days, if the subscription has not been cancelled, the first payment for the chosen plan is charged. The 14-day refund window starts from this date.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time using any of the following methods:

  • In your account dashboard: navigate to the subscription management section and disable auto-renewal.

  • By email: write to [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel subscription" and your account details.

  • Via Paddle: use the subscription management link in your confirmation email from Paddle.

After cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made.

4. How to Request a Refund

To receive a refund, send an email to [email protected] within the 14-day window. Please include:

  • The email address used at registration.

  • The payment date and amount (if available, the transaction ID from your Paddle receipt).

  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).

We will review your request within 2 (two) business days and forward it to Paddle for processing. Refunds are issued in US dollars (USD) to the card or account used for payment.

5. Refund Timing & Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, the official Merchant of Record. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

Refunds are issued in USD regardless of the currency used at checkout. Exchange-rate differences arising from currency conversion are not compensated.
