Card payment

1. Accepted Payment Systems

Bank cards of the following payment systems are accepted:

• Visa

• Mastercard

2. Payment Processing

1. Payments are accepted and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as Merchant of Record / authorized reseller of the Contractor.

2. Card data is entered on Paddle's secure page. The Contractor does not receive, process or store Customers' bank-card data.

3. Card data is transmitted over a secure connection on Paddle's side.

3. Settlement Currency

All prices and charges are stated and made in US Dollars (USD) regardless of the Customer's country. Local-currency figures shown on the website are approximate. If the Customer's card is issued in a different currency, conversion is performed by the issuing bank at its rate and rules.

4. Service Terms and Refunds

The procedure for purchasing services and their provision timeframes are defined by the Public Offer at https://evolane.org/terms. The conditions and procedure for refunds, including the right to request a refund within 14 (fourteen) days, are set out in the Refund Policy at https://evolane.org/refund-policy. Refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record).

5. Subscription auto-renewal and opt-out

The plan subscription renews automatically. At the end of the paid 30 (thirty) calendar-day period, the plan price is charged to the Customer's linked bank card, or a new invoice is issued to continue the services.

You can opt out of automatic renewal at any time: turn off auto-renewal in the billing section of your account dashboard, or email our contact address [email protected]. The opt-out takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access to the services remains until the already-paid period ends.
