Card payment

This document describes how services of Individual Entrepreneur Dzheenbekov Alinur Aibekovich (the "Contractor") are paid for by bank card and applies together with the Public Offer published at https://evolane.org/terms.
1. Accepted Payment Systems
Bank cards of the following payment systems are accepted:
Visa
Mastercard
Elkart
2. Payment Processing
Bank-card payments are accepted and processed through the secure Freedom Pay Kyrgyzstan payment gateway.
Card data is entered on the secure page of the payment provider. The Contractor does not receive, process or store Customers' bank-card data.
Card data is transmitted over a secure connection on the payment provider's side.
3. Settlement Currency
Settlements for services are carried out in Kyrgyz som (KGS). If the Customer's card is issued in a different currency, conversion is performed by the issuing bank at its rate and rules.
4. Service Terms and Refunds
The procedure for purchasing services, their provision timeframes, and the conditions and procedure for refunds are defined by the Public Offer at https://evolane.org/terms (the "Service Payment" and "Subscription Refund" sections).
