Data Deletion

The operator of the EvoLane service — Individual Entrepreneur Dzheenbekov Alinur Aibekovich (the "Operator") — respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how service users and their customers (end users) can request deletion of their data processed in the EvoLane service.
1. Who can request deletion
EvoLane clients (account holders) — may delete their account and the data associated with it.
End users — people who messaged a business through connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram). Their data is processed on behalf of the relevant EvoLane client.
2. How to request deletion
In the dashboard. EvoLane clients can delete their account and associated data through the dashboard interface (where this option is available).
By email. Send a deletion request to alinurdzjeenbekov@gmail.com, including identifying details (for example, the account name, e-mail or phone number used in the service). End users may also contact the business they messaged directly.
Disconnecting an integration. When a Meta platform integration (WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger) is disconnected, access tokens are revoked and the associated platform data is deleted from the Operator's databases.
3. Timeframe and scope
We process deletion requests within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving and verifying the request. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered, except for information the Operator is required to retain under applicable law (for example, for accounting purposes).
